We need a few things from each faculty member each semester:
- An office hours update, both on the Web site and emailed to a department administrator.
- Syllabi for the courses you're teaching this semester.
- Updated contact information for the faculty handbook.
- A reminder to your students to download the Canvas app for their smartphone, or add a phone number and set Canvas text-message notifications properly so they get your announcements. Download this PPT slide to include in your first day of class for instructions on text-message notifications.
The 2-minute video below will walk you through updating the office hours listed on your faculty profile. Once you've done this, email your office hours, syllabus and any contact information updates to marmedle@indiana.edu.
